Vendors

 

We welcome vendors of handmade belly dance items such as jewlery and clothing to join us from November 7th-12th from 10am-5pm and from 10am-7pm on November 6th. 

 

Booth reservations may be purchased for a flat rate of $150 which will reserve the booth from November 7th-12th. The vendor may, but does not have to, sell on all days and may pick and choose days to sell during this time frame. Standard booth is an 8x10 space. For additional space there will be a charge of $150 per booth.

 

Vendor spaces are limited and are first come first served. 

 

Vendors must submit proof of insurance at time of reservation via email to jvinerrealtor@aol.com

A contractual agreement will be discussed and processed via this email. ***Please disclose selling dates chosen in this email.*** 

 

*FCBD®, Wild Sky Tribal and the Crowne Plaza Hotel take no responsibility for lost, broken or stolen items. Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise. 

 

*No refunds or exceptions accepted due to any occurence including inclement weather.
